Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Basic Broccoli Rice, set aside.
  2. Cook the Kaizen Mac & Cheese according to package directions, using 1 tablespoon of butter* and ¼ cup of heavy cream*.
  3. In a skillet, cook the ground turkey over medium heat until fully browned and cooked through.
  4. In a large bowl or pan, combine the broccoli rice (use all or less, if desired), cooked mac and cheese, and ground turkey. Stir until everything is evenly mixed and heated through. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes:

  • *I reduce the butter and heavy cream amounts from what’s listed on the Kaizen box. Using half the suggested amount for each still gives it a creamy texture while lightening things up.
