Ingredients:
- 2lbs boneless/skinless chicken thighs (6 thighs)
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- Organic Garlic & Herb Seasoning
- Organic Rubbed Sage
- Organic Smoked Paprika
- Finely ground sea salt and ground pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 450°F
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin become crispy.
- Place in a baking dish. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil and sprinkle the Garlic & Herb seasoning evenly over the top of the chicken thighs, generously.
- Sprinkle the top of chicken thighs with ground sage, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, to taste.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes after baking to allow the juices to redistribute. Enjoy!
