  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. This helps the skin become crispy.
  3. Place in a baking dish. Rub the chicken thighs with olive oil and sprinkle the Garlic & Herb seasoning evenly over the top of the chicken thighs, generously.
  4. Sprinkle the top of chicken thighs with ground sage, smoked paprika, salt and pepper, to taste.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes after baking to allow the juices to redistribute. Enjoy!
