Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter (no added sugar)
  • 2 garlic cloves,  minced
  • 4 tablespoons Swerve brown sugar-free substitute
  • 2 teaspoons organic sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2-3 tablespoons water (if needed)

Instructions:

  1. Add the ingredients into a saucepan over medium heat and simmer until the sauce has thickened and combined completely.
  2. Remove from the heat and allow to cool.
  3. If needed, add water if the sauce is thicker than you would like.
  4. Sauce can be used immediately or put it in an airtight container and store it in the fridge for up to a week.

Recipe Notes:

  • If you are allergic to peanut butter, use a different type of nut butter or even sunflower seed butter instead. My husband does not like the taste of peanuts, so I used almond butter.
  • The sauce will thicken as it cools down. If the sauce is thicker than you like, just add a tablespoon of water, a little at a time.
  • Serving size: 2 tablespoons. Makes approximately 8 servings.
