Serves: 2 – 4
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe Basic Cauliflower Rice (omit added salt)
- 1 packet Goya chicken bouillon
- ¼ cup finely chopped carrots, optional
- ¼ cup peas, optional
Instructions:
- Prepare the Basic Cauliflower Rice through Step 3.
- If using finely chopped carrots, add them to the pan with the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
- Add the riced cauliflower to the pan and stir to combine.
- Stir in the chicken bouillon packet and mix well.
- Season with ground black pepper to taste.
- If using peas, stir them in toward the end of cooking and heat through.
- Continue cooking until everything is hot and lightly browned to your liking. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes:
- The chicken bouillon adds plenty of flavor, so taste before adding any extra salt.
