Serves: 2 – 4
Ingredients:
- 1 recipe Basic Cauliflower Rice (omit parsley and salt)
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives
- 2–3 tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
- Ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 scrambled egg, optional
- ¼ cup pancetta, optional
- ¼ cup peas, optional
Instructions:
- Prepare the Basic Cauliflower Rice through Step 3.
- If using pancetta, add it to the pan with the onion and garlic and sauté until everything is softened and fragrant.
- Add the riced cauliflower to the pan and stir to combine.
- Stir in the ground ginger and freeze-dried chives and ground black pepper.
- Cook until the cauliflower rice is heated through and lightly browned.
- Stir in the Bragg’s Liquid Aminos at the end.
- If using the scrambled egg or peas, stir them in and heat through. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes:
- You can also use soy sauce or coconut aminos in place of Bragg’s.
This variation makes a great base for grilled shrimp, chicken, or tofu — or enjoy it just as it is!
