Serves: 2 – 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 recipe Basic Cauliflower Rice (omit parsley and salt)
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried chives
  • 2–3 tablespoons Bragg’s Liquid Aminos
  • Ground black pepper, to taste
  • 1 scrambled egg, optional
  • ¼ cup pancetta, optional
  • ¼ cup peas, optional

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Basic Cauliflower Rice through Step 3.
  2. If using pancetta, add it to the pan with the onion and garlic and sauté until everything is softened and fragrant.
  3. Add the riced cauliflower to the pan and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in the ground ginger and freeze-dried chives and ground black pepper.
  5. Cook until the cauliflower rice is heated through and lightly browned.
  6. Stir in the Bragg’s Liquid Aminos at the end.
  7. If using the scrambled egg or peas, stir them in and heat through. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes:

  • You can also use soy sauce or coconut aminos in place of Bragg’s.

This variation makes a great base for grilled shrimp, chicken, or tofu — or enjoy it just as it is!
