Serves: 2 – 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 recipe Basic Cauliflower Rice (omit added salt)
  • 1 packet Goya chicken bouillon
  • ¼ cup finely chopped carrots, optional
  • ¼ cup peas, optional

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Basic Cauliflower Rice through Step 3.
  2. If using finely chopped carrots, add them to the pan with the onion and garlic and sauté until softened.
  3. Add the riced cauliflower to the pan and stir to combine.
  4. Stir in the chicken bouillon packet and mix well.
  5. Season with ground black pepper to taste.
  6. If using peas, stir them in toward the end of cooking and heat through.
  7. Continue cooking until everything is hot and lightly browned to your liking. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes:

  • The chicken bouillon adds plenty of flavor, so taste before adding any extra salt.
